Wedding Day Timeline
When creating a wedding day timeline, you'll need to consult with several of your wedding vendors. Clearly communicate your expectations and use their suggestions to compile your final list. Your hair and makeup artists will help you determine how much time is realistically necessary, the DJ will be a great resource for the reception timeline and the day of coordinator will be a great tool for helping the day go smoothly! From the photography standpoint, here's a sample Wedding Day Timeline that you can use as a starting point. Once you get this finalized, communicate with your bridal party, immediate family and vendors about what time they should arrive. When in doubt, add an extra 15 minutes to cushion the timeline! Extra time is better than running behind! Sample Timeline has been created for a 5:00pm Ceremony Time, with everything taking place at one venue.
